In 2006 I started a General Contracting firm, Landmark Builders, Inc, on the North Shore of Oahu with excitement and high aspirations.  After observing and hearing about the challenges of other small business owners, I vowed to not underestimate the challenges and difficulties that might lie ahead.  Somehow, I still managed to do just that and realized that is nearly impossible to start and run a legitimate contracting firm and maintain your sanity.  However, after surviving the first 8 years in business our company begin to thrive.  And now after 14 years in business we have developed what we think are processes and tools that will assist any aspiring, new, or growing contractor to stay on a path of success and profitability.
